Symptoms

1. Followed Announcing The Oracle Business Intelligence 12.2.1.4 Installer for Fusion Middleware 12.2.1.4 (Doc ID 3004029.1) for new OBIEE 12.2.1.4 installation
2. Followed Critical Patch Updates can be obtained from Critical Patch Update (CPU) Advisor For Oracle Business Intelligence (Doc ID 2832967.2) to apply the April 2024 OBI Stack Patch Bundle.
3. Trying to perform Out-of-Place Migration from OBIEE 11.1.1.7.x version, however, while creating the Export Bundle from OBIEE 11g, encounter the next error.
