Symptoms

EPM configurator not launching on the server. The following errors are seen in the configtool.log -

ERROR: Jars manifest check failed with message "Some referenced jars do not exist.
  Missing (depth 1) file D:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\oui\jlib\OraInstaller.jar
  Missing (depth 2) file D:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\opmn\lib\opmneditor.jar
...........................

When running configtool.bat -console, the following error is seen in the console window -

ERROR: D:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\common\loggers\Log4j\1.2.14\lib\log4j-1.2.14.jar not exists;
