EPM 11.2.x - Shared Services Migration Status Report Shows a Blank Screen

Symptoms
In Shared Services, when any LCM operation like Export or Import of artifacts is completed, the Migration Status Report is empty (even though the actual Export and Import process was successful)
There was no error in the UI but the SharedServices_Registry.log had the following error -
An unexpected exception occurred when determining the host of the component of type WORKSPACE_WEBAPP and id <id>;
