Symptoms

When starting Essbase 21c primary node in failover over setup below error is seen:
"Access to domain 'essbase_domain' for user 'epm_admin' denied"

jagent log error:
[essbase_server1] [ERROR] [] [oracle.JAGENT] [tid: <tid>] [userId: <user_name>] [ecid: <ecid>] [APP: ESSBASE] [partition-name: DOMAIN] [tenant-name: GLOBAL] [SRC_CLASS: oracle.epm.jagent.ha.persistence.entity.EssbaseJagentFailoverLeaseFacade] [SRC_METHOD: updateLease] Error occurred while acquiring the Essbase jagent failover lease
Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Socket read interrupted
Error Code: 17002
