Symptoms

SmartView add-in getting disabled when Excel files are opened from a "Box" drive. (Ref: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/p/Product_Page_2023?section-id=21356707082387 )

When file is first opened, from the "Box" drive share first time, Smart View tab is visible. If the file is then closed and a new (or the same) file is selected, the SmartView tab is either not available or is removed after a few seconds
