On using latest SV version, facing error:

Connection to Shared Service Provider Failed"
Error message:-The provider running at URL is not a Shared Service provider"

And when tried to update setting 'Enable to UI' option from Health check->WebView2 runtime, faced below error:

Updating properties.xml file failed @C:\Oracle\SmartView\cfg\properties.xml
