Symptoms
OHS fails to startup after applying Release Update. Checking <EPM_ORACLE_INSTANCE>\httpConfig\ohs\servers\ohs_component\logs\ohs_component.log shows errors:
[OHS] [INCIDENT_ERROR:32] [AH00093] [core] [host_id: <HOST>] [host_addr: [pid: ] [tid:] [user: <SERVICE_ACCOUNT>] [VirtualHost: main] (2)No such file or directory: AH00093: unable to replace stderr with nul
Errors "The system cannot find the file specified" can be reproduced from command shell by running "echo Test > NUL" or "type nul":
