Symptoms

OBIA 11.1.1.10.3 PS4: ODI studio is unable to connect to the repository.
  

Received the following at login:
oracle.odi.core.security.BadCredentialsException: ODI-10199: Incorrect ODI username or password.



oracle.odi.core.security.InvalidExternalAuthenticationConfigurationException: ODI-10188: Error while login from OPSS.

JPS-01520: Cannot initialize identity store, cause: oracle.security.idm.ConfigurationException: Failed to connect to directory. Check configuration information..
