Symptoms

When running Essbase configuration as part of a new EPM 11.2.15 or later installation, the Essbase Configuration failed.

ERROR:

Progress is started
Phase Create Database Schemas is in status IN_PROGRESS
Phase Create Database Schemas is in status FAILED
