Symptoms
LCM import/export under EssbaseCluster-1 in Shared Services using admin user, the following error is showing up

If this user/group was deleted from HSS, drop the user/group from ESSBASE by using the MAXL statement DROP [USER/GROUP] admin@Native Directory FROM SECURITY_FILE
LCM import/export is working fine with the another admin user. Both users have the same provisioning.
