Unexpected Result Returned When Analysis using Filter Operator "is equal to / is in" which Contains 51 or more Values (Doc ID 3054280.1)

Symptoms

Analysis using Filter Operator "is equal to / is in" and the list in which contains 51 or more values may produce missing data with the following steps:
1. The list of Filter Operator "is equal to / is in" contains 51 or more values
2. 119 rows returned from the database and displayed on the browser.
3. If you run the physical SQL statement generated in obis-query.log against oracle database via sqldeveloper, 137 rows will be returned.
Database version is 19c on Exadata
