RPD Upload Fails But Download Default RPD works using Datamodel.sh (Doc ID 3056669.1)

This is the first time uploading a customized RPD after installation of Oracle Analytics Server.

Using datamodel.sh, the RPD cannot be uploaded. An error is produced:

Downloading the default out of the box RPD using the same script works fine.
