Enterprise Management Deployment Does Not Exist In Essbase 21c WebLogic Console (Doc ID 3061830.1)

Goal

For an 11.2.15+ deployment that includes Essbase, it is observed that Enterprise Manager is not deployed in the WebLogic Console for Essbase (port 7010). It is present in the WebLogic console for EPM Foundation (port 7001).

1. Why is the Enterprise Manager not included in the Essbase WebLogic console?
2. What is the impact, if any, of deploying the Enterprisse Manager in the Essbase WebLogic console?
