WLS Console Showing All Managed Servers As SHUTDOWN/Not Reachable After SSL Was Enabled On Admin Server (Doc ID 3071303.1)

Symptoms

After SSL was enabled on the Admin server, WebLogic Admin console shows all Managed servers as SHUTDOWN/Not reachable even though the Managed servers are all running fine.

Prior to configuring SSL for the Admin Server, the WLS Console would correctly display the State/Health of Managed servers in its domain
