Essbase 21c: Specific User Can No Longer Access Important Application (Doc ID 3074152.1)

Symptoms

The user was re-added to Essbase Security via EPM Shared Services.  This was to grant this user access to a specific application.  However, they still could not access the application.

 

Changes

This user as added and dropped from one of the corporate Domain Controllers (DC), to another DC to accommodate their role and responsibility with the company.
