Symptoms
Upgraded to 11.2.15+ (with Essbase 21c) and set up SSL Offloading
When trying to log into Essbase UI using the Load Balancer URL (Load balancer URL: https://<load balancer server>/essbase/jet/login.html), the login page comes up.
After entering the username/password credentials, it does not log the user in but instead presents the login page again. (Essbase access from SmartView using load balance URL is also affected)
The following URLs work and user is able to login to Essbase successfully -
http://<web_server1>:19000/essbase/jet
http://<web_server2>:19000/essbase/jet
