Implementing SSO based on OKTA following Note SAML 2.0 and Kerberos Single Sign-On Configuration for Oracle Analytics Server (Doc ID 2761678.1).

Ran config.py entering all details but fails at the next step to start the oasso container using "service oasso-ctl start".
