"Maximum-Sys-Allocation Exceeded" Error May Occur When Archiving Any Catalog via Runcat.sh

Symptoms
There is a large catalog folder whose size is over 100 GB.
When archiving the folder that is a large catalog via runcat.sh, the command may fail with the following error.

# A C-runtime error occurred (std::bad_alloc)
An error occurred while performing the Archive/Copy operation. Please verify
