Chinese Characters Appear As Inverted Question Marks in Plus and Viewer (Doc ID 340944.1)

You logon to Plus and create a new workbook having a title with both Chinese and English characters. The font selected is a Java Font such as Dialog. Upon saving and opening the workbook in Plus or Viewer all the Chinese characters in the title, parameter names etc. appear as inverted question marks.

Browser language is Chinese-Taiwan [zh-tw], Locale of the OS is also Chinese-Taiwan.
The connection is created with the language Chinese-Taiwan.
