Accessing Discoverer Plus after entering the log-in information or selecting a private or public connection, can fail with the following error message even when the browser's pop-up blocker is disabled:
"Unable to open a new browser window. Ensure that you do not have popup windows disabled for this site."
A third party toolbar has been added to the browser.
