Symptoms

In Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) System Messages and HSVEventlog.log the following message is recorded:

There were not enough connections in the SQL Connection Pool. The number of connections is 40. The Thread ID is 5700. Please consider increasing the SQL Connection Pool size.
