Cannot Connect to Workspace After Change From Temporary to Permanent License

You recently received your permanent license and put it into place on the License Server.  When you try to log into Workspace, you receive an invalid username or password message.

On the license server in \Hyperion\common\LicenseServer\logs\HYSLD_debug.log, you find the message:
Error: "Could not find a Hyperion System 9 BI+ Server running on SERVERNAME at port 1800.
Please verify your server connect string and confirm that the server is up"
