Unable to Launch Planning Application After There is a Change of Password for Planning Data Source

The user sis no longer able to launch the Planning application via planning web, and gets the following error message,"Unsuccessfully login".

When trying to open the Planning application in the Planning desktop, the user gets the following error: "invalid username/password".
