Symptoms

AD users are taking too long to access Hyperion products (Worksapce, planning, HFM and others). The following warning messages are found in the SharedServices_security_client.log:

2008-08-18 14:30:41,545 [Thread-919] WARN com.hyperion.css.spi.impl.msad.MSADCacheUpdater.updateUserCache(Unknown Source) - Ignoring User. Error getting User for User Cache:[LDAP: error code 32 - 0000208D: NameErr: DSID-031001CD, problem 2001 (NO_OBJECT), data 0, best match of:
