NODATA/LOCKED child entities moved to a new parent have FAILED status in Process Management

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Child entities that contain NODATA have been moved to a different parent via Metadata Load.
However after the move, the original parents are all impacted and show "Fail" in pass/fail status until they have been reconsolidated. This happens even if they are already "LOCKED" cells.
This means previous periods need UNLOCKING and consolidating and relocking, which can be considered time consuming and even undesired if the entity should remain locked.
