When the admin user creates a business area they can see every table available in apps R12 - i.e. the user connects to admin edition via his apps logon and password and ticks the via oracle apps box.

He has a Discoverer responsibility of create workbooks and an apps responsibility of PO super user. The problem is that they can create a business area against any other functional areal (e.g. HR/AP/GL) and then query this data via discoverer plus on the apps server?

Can we somehow restrict this users access so they can still create business areas but make these specific to his apps responsibility i.e. in this case only PO!?

Or will we need to create the EUL differently - and if so how....
