This solution is applicable to all web application servers and can also be used with other products to increase the post time out.
To replicate this issue proceed with the following steps:
1. Open EAS
2. Select Business Rules
3. Right click "Import Business Rules”
4. During the import if you see the the following error: "Exception occurred. Please check your log file for details." is displayed.
<HyperionHome>\AnalyticAdministrationServices\server\bin\easserver.log contains following error:
Exception message (<TimeStamp>): [<UniqueKey>]
Post too large
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Post too large
