Intermittent error that typically occurs when running HAL processes that extract or upload data to Essbase.
Error message is:
Network error : Unable to connect to [server:1423]. The client timed out waiting to connect to Analytic Services Agent using TCP/IP. Check your network connections. Also make sure that server and port values are correct: native code - 104200
