Get Error When Logging into Workbench Client

Install Workbench client only - set up FDM group and log in - it comes up with an error of 91 with block variable not set. This is only happening for certain machines - other users are not having this problem. No errors in Event Viewer on Web Server, FDM App Server, or user machine. Invalid login will come back with 'invalid user' message.
