Purpose

The purpose of this document is to list all the troubleshooting steps that can be followed when you receive the error:
You are not currently logged in to the Oracle BI Server. If you have already logged in, your connection might have timed out, or a communications or server error may have occurred.
when accessing OBIEE from E-Business Suite.

Please note : You should first refer to <note 555254.1> and implement all the steps outlined.
