Hyperion LCM: Migrated Financial Reporting (FR) Scheduled Batches Error with "Invalid Username or Password. Access Denied." (Doc ID 764151.1)

Symptoms

You migrated reports, batches, and batch schedules from one environment to another using Lifecyle Managmement (LCM).  All of your migrated scheduled batches fail.

When you right-click on a failed batch and select "Show Details", you see the message

"RemoteException occurred in server thread; nested exception is:
com.hyperion.reporting.util.HyperionReportException: Invalid Username or Password. Access Denied."

All of the reports run correctly in Workspace.
