Symptoms

When a user logs into a HFM application from multiple sessions, all sessions should connect to the same HFM application server but this is not working as expected. The impact is that data changes made on 1 application server can take up to 5 minutes to be synchronized on the other server, this causes perceived data consistency problem for users.
