LCM Import Issue: "System 9 Platform error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError" (Doc ID 787476.1)

Symptoms

After an export of data with the LCM utility was completed, when importing it in to another environment errors are raised in the console output.

The following Java exception is raised in the LCM console output during the import process:
