SinglePropBranch Validation Fails When all Property Values Have Been Deleted from a Branch

Symptoms

If property values are manually deleted from nodes via the Property Editor window of the DRM Client, verifications based on SinglePropBranch can sometimes cause branches to fail the verification. When the nodes of the branch are looked at in the DRM Client they should apparently pass the verification.

This happens when the values have been deleted by selecting and then deleting the value.
