Business Performance Management Architect error "Cannot find application with ID: HFM:XXXX" stops users from accessing any screen (Doc ID 788875.1)

When user tries to access any BPMA screen, receives error "Cannot find application with ID: HFM:XXXX" (where XXXX is the name of the application) and the interface does not load.


This might happen after a restore of SharedServices components (review SharedServices_SyncOpenLdap.log), or after working with projects (review SharedServices_Metadata.log)
