Symptoms

After creating a new TaskFlow it is not displayed in the TaskFlow Listing Summary screen. If you attempt to recreate the TaskFlow receive the error:

Taskflow Definition Already Exists.

In the SharedServices_Metadata.log receive error:

FileNotFoundException: c:\TempCESProxy (The system cannot find the path specified)
