Symptoms

When opening the Distribution Gallery, Define Assumption window, Define Forecast window, Define Decision Variable window, Chart Report Preferences, or post simulation chart for analysis, Crystal Ball is unresponsive showing an hourglass cursor.
After running Oracle Crystal Ball Predictor, the charts and graphs are not shown even though the simulation has completed and Predictor is shown in the Windows Taskbar.

Changes

Upgrading to a new version or viewing the desktop on a single monitor after disconnecting second monitor could trigger this issue.
