After installing Patch HPCM cannot start Workspace to Reregister

After installing HPCM user cannot login to workspace. When user tries to login to workspace Error "Could not find a Hyperion Reporting and Analysis server running on localhost at port 6800. Please verify your server connect string and confirm that the server is up."
