Symptoms

When attempting to test the FDM LoadBalancer Configuration, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
"Unable to bind to directory using the configured username and password"

STEPS
-----------------------
By following these steps the issue can be reproduced:
1. Launch FDM LoadBalancer Config Manager
2. Navigate to the "Authentication Providers" Tab
3. Modify the desired Authentication Provider.
4. Press and use the "Test Logon" button
