Unable to Assign Access to Planning Data Forms (Doc ID 840148.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to assign user access to Data Forms in Planning, none of the Native or External Users that have been created and provisioned for Planning in Shared Services can be seen. The screen just displays the text:
<None Available>

The provisionusers.cmd utility has been executed without any errors.
It is possible to login to Planning as one of the new users.
