'Server Busy' Error When Attempting to Open Application in Planning Desktop (Doc ID 844310.1)

Symptoms


When selecting 'Open Application' in Planning Desktop, the following error occurs:

Server Busy
This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem.
