Users Cannot Log into Workspace after the MSAD Server has Been Changed (Doc ID 861663.1)

After changing the MSAD server defined in Shared Services, external users can successfully log into FDM and Shared Services. The same users cannot log into Workspace and HFM.


Change of the MSAD provider under HSS.
