Goal

It is not possible to launch the Essbase Administration Services (EAS) console via Java Web Start in Firefox. When navigating to the URL:

http://hostname:10080/easconsole/console.html

The console does not launch after selecting a country. The JavaScript console in Firefox shows the following error:

"Element referenced by ID/NAME in the global scope. Use W3C standard document.getElementById() instead."
