Workspace Hangs When Selecting Menu Item Help-About in Load Balanced Mode

- Two workspace instances installed on two servers.
- A Microsoft ISA server is used to load balance between these two servers.
If a user opens the Workspace site from the load balanced URL and opens the menu item help-about, the workspace server hangs.
Only after restarting IIS and Workspace it runs again.
