Unable to Save Form Preference in Planning After Upgrade (Doc ID 889744.1)

Symptoms

When trying to update user preferences in Hyperion Planning, the user is getting the following message: "Unable to save user preferences".

The issue can be reproduced by following the below:
1. Logon into Planning
2. File > Preferences > Save
3. Error: "Unable to save user preferences".
