Symptoms

Unable to execute LCM migration for EPMA artifacts via Oracle Hyperion EPM Shared Services. LCM migration definition in Shared Services becomes unresponsive when selecting EPMA application.The SharedServices_LCM.log displays the following error:

ERROR:
2009-10-02 19:33:17,487 [[STUCK] ExecuteThread: '2' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] ERROR com.hyperion.lcm.web.action.LCMObjectNodeExpandAction - Server side error. Status code - [no data], Application - BPMA_LABSAIRVG204, Operation - WebPlugin.getArtifactListing. Server dump -

Failure of server APACHE bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF.

The web application server configured for Oracle EPM Workspace is Oracle BEA Weblogic 9.2 MP3.
