Steps to Reproduce:

1. In Essbase Administration Services (EAS), create a business rule which has a runtime prompt.
2. In Planning Web, create a form with the rule and give the "Run on Save" option to the rule.
3. After saving the form, add it to a composite form then on Business Rules tab, add the sub form's business rule displayed as "<Business rules for xxxx>".
4. Once the composite form is saved, the runtime prompt will display twice.
