Purpose
On : Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition
Explain how to use the timezone functionality in OBIEE, so that data retrieved from the data warehouse will be adjusted for each user's time zone.
For example, sales for a specific day should be calculated from 12:00 am through 11:59 pm, with the actual amount displayed relative to the user's timezone, meaning sales in California would differ from New York sales based on the 3 hour time zone difference between the two locations.
