Goal

When you encounter a crash in OBIEE environment, whether it is Presentation Services ( sawserver.exe ) or the BI Server ( nqsserver.exe ) on Windows , you will be asked for additional information to proceed with the investigation.

Oracle's preference for investigation crashes and hangs on Windows is Microsoft's ADPlus
