Planning Error Occurs When An Application Is Deployed Via Application LIbrary "Error 500--Internal Server Error java.lang.NullPointerException" (Doc ID 963433.1)

An error occurs when an application is deployed via Application Library after Validation is done.
Note: This issue will occur only with an environment where manual deployment of WebLogic 9.2 is executed.

Error 500--Internal Server Error

Steps To Reproduce
1. Perform manual deployments of Shared Services, Workspace and EPM Architect into WebLogic Server as an application server.
2. Log in to Workspace.
3. Launch Application Library then create any application which will be deployed.
4. On deployment of the application, an error message will show after validation.
